Folder names containing an ampersand "&" are handled wrongly

Description

Usually when I specify a destination directory which doesn't exist, DownThemAll simply creates the path elements needed (which is fantastic by the way).

When some part of the path contains an ampersand ("&") however that fails and an error box about an invalid directory shows up. An example for such a path that causes this error is "D:\pics\Nature & Architecture\Grand Canyon". If I choose a directory without the ampersand or use the browsing button to create the path under "E:\pics" all goes well.

It would be great, if you could fix this, since I've sorted many pics in folders containing an ampersand.

Yep, reproducible.

Should be fixed on trunk. Verified WinXP and Edgy.
