DTA Nightly V 1.1a1.20080730.11001 install Error

Description

Encountered another error trying to install the latest nightly - this time with version .1001.

Problem - unable to install - invalid file hash.

Attempted to install 3 times.

works with r1062. Likely a temp error when we moved servers.
