Description

It was reported multiple times in different places that the 1.0 specific max-connections tweaking affects the overall performance negatively.

Although we are not able to reproduce, revert to the 0.9.x way of just messing with network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server.

Requires migrationService action to revert any changes from previous version.
