Download progress lost if 401 (wrong login / acccess denied) occurs on a resume

Description

When I:

- login to a site - start downloading - pause a download - close firefox - restart it - resume the download

The download progress is lost and it will restart the download at byte 0. I guess to appropriate action would be to fail to resume and return the download to the paused state, so the resume action can be retried later.
