Completion % out of sync in title bar and window

Description

I noticed while downloading a 700 MB file that the % complete in the title bar doesn't match what's shown in the window, but the download speed does.

I took a screenshot (also enabled diagnostic logging, but the buttons to show it are greyed out?).

partly fixed [511].
Window will be refreshed only once a second, so the title might lag behind. But at least it won't be ahead anymore ;)
