Downloads currently "Joining" get deleted when clearing download list

Description

I was downloading a rather large file (1.5G) and noticed that it was in the "Joining" process. Without thinking anything of it, I clicked "Clear completed downloads" to clear the rest of my download list out and found that my 1.5G download had been deleted. I'm assuming it was marked as completed and so DownThemAll discarded the parts.

There isn't joining anymore on trunk (which will become 1.0 (beta) soon). Moreover download state flags got revised/combined so that there cannot be situations where a download is marked complete although it is not.
